Amplite¢â Ethanol Quantitation Kit

This non-radioactive ethanol assay kit is based on the oxidation of ethanol by alcohol oxidase. The etnanol kit uses our Amplite¢â HRP substrate that makes the kit recordable in a dual mode, either fluorimetric (Ex/Em = 570nm/590 nm) or colorimetric readout (570 nm). The ethanol quantitation kit provides all the essential components with an optimized assay protocol. The ethanol assay is robust, sensitive, and can be readily adapted for high throughput assays in a wide variety of applications that require the measurement of ethanol. The assay can be completed within 30 minutes.

Key Features

Sensitive     : Ethanol assy kit detects as low as 0.0003% Ethanol in solution.
Continuous : Easily adapted to automation with no separation required.
Convenient : Formulated to have minimal hands-on time. No wash is required.
Non-Radioactive : No special requirements for waste treatment.
